Dylan grew up in the Clarence Valley and returned to establish Beneke Legal in Grafton. With a Masters in Applied Law majoring in Family Law from the College of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England, Dylan brings specialist knowledge across a broad range of legal matters.
Dylan is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Outside of the office, Dylan is an active member of the Grafton Athletics Club and the Grafton Basketball Association, with longstanding ties to local sport in the Clarence Valley.
