Beneke Legal was established by Dylan Beneke, a Clarence Valley local who grew up in the area and returned to build a practice that serves the community he knows best.
With a Masters in Applied Law majoring in Family Law, admission to both the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, and experience across criminal, property, and estate law, our team provides well-rounded legal advice without the need to send your matter out of town.
Based in Grafton with strong ties across the region. We also assist with family law matters Australia-wide through the Federal Circuit and Family Court.

Just call us for a chat, we will listen to your situation, explain your options in plain language, and give you a sense of what it might cost. If you decide to go ahead, we will put everything in writing before any work begins. No pressure. No jargon.
